1. Data We Collect

Account: name, email, phone and password (stored encrypted). Content: texts, images, dates, links and other information entered on the user's page. Technical: IP address, browser, device, cookies and usage logs. Payment: status and identifiers processed by intermediaries (e.g. Mercado Pago). No card data is stored by the platform.

2. Legal Bases (LGPD)

Contract performance: create and maintain the user's digital page. Consent: use of optional cookies and sending promotional communications. Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention and improvement of user experience. Legal obligation: record keeping and tax obligations.

3. Purposes of Use

Manage accounts and user authentication. Host, display and maintain pages created on the platform. Process payments and manage active plans. Send operational communications (payment, expiration, support). Ensure security, stability and performance of the service. Comply with legal requirements and respond to requests from authorities.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

Payments: Mercado Pago (independent controller). Infrastructure: hosting and database on Azure and KingHost servers. Email: sending and receiving via KingHost or equivalent providers. Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), with user consent via cookies.

5. International Transfer

Some data may be processed outside Brazil (e.g. on Azure and Google servers). We apply encryption, contractual clauses and access controls to ensure compliance with the LGPD.

6. Retention and Deletion

Data is retained while the account is active. After account deletion, we keep only minimal information for the legal period. The user may request permanent deletion via email, subject to mandatory retention periods.

7. Data Subject Rights

Confirmation of the existence of processing and access to data. Correction, portability, deletion and anonymization, when applicable. Information on sharing and revocation of consent. Review of automated decisions (when applicable). Requests must be sent to: [email protected].

8. Cookies

Essential: required for authentication, session and security. Analytics and Marketing: used only with consent via cookie banner.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, data encryption, access control, backups and continuous monitoring. No system is fully immune, but we apply best practices to mitigate risks and protect information.

10. Children and Adolescents

The service is not intended for users under 13. Users between 13 and 18 must use the platform under the supervision of a legal guardian.

11. Updates to this Policy

This Policy may be updated at any time. The latest version will always display the effective date at the top. Material changes will be communicated prominently.

9. User-submitted content

You are solely responsible for all content you submit. By publishing, you declare that you have the authorization and legality to use it. You grant a non-exclusive license to store and display the content within the platform, only for the provision of the service. The platform may analyze content automatically or manually for compliance verification.

10. Content rules (Important)

It is strictly prohibited to submit: any content involving minors, with or without nudity; explicit nudity, exposure of genitals or sexual acts; illegal, abusive, discriminatory content or that violates third-party rights. Suggestive/adult content is only allowed if all persons are clearly 18 or older and there is no explicit nudity. The platform may remove content or block pages at any time, without prior notice. If there is any indication or suspicion of content involving a minor, the page will be immediately blocked and authorities may be notified.

Can I see who visited my page?

Yes! While your page is active you have access to a real-time panel and a view history.

Can I hide the "qlovy.com" name from my page?

The published page does not show logo or branding — it looks exactly like what you created.
The link always starts with qlovy.com. You get a unique link with the title you choose after the slash, but the initial domain cannot be removed. You can share via QR Code so the link is less visible.

What is QLovy Mail?

QLovy Mail is a feature that lets QLovy deliver your letter via WhatsApp to the person you choose.

Instead of you sending the page link manually, QLovy sends a message saying there's a special letter waiting to be opened.

This is just an extra way to share your page. You can still send the link normally, share the QR Code, or show your letter however you prefer.

Each delivery by QLovy uses 1 QLovy Mail credit.

The free plan does not include credits, but you can buy individual credits whenever you want to use QLovy Mail.

On paid plans, you get 3 QLovy Mail credits included to send your letters via WhatsApp. You can also buy additional credits if needed.
